i was going to order a indicator rod in 9.3 to get the bore lined up in the lathe as my indicator probe is not long enough to reach the throat. Is there any other way to get things straight as this is the only one i will be doing.

the reamer should follow the old chamber but i want things to be straight. Any thoughts would be great.

Buy one from PTG then sell it to me for half price when you're done.

The hard part about trying to make one is getting a finish on there that is smooth enough not to influence the indicator. Dialing in prechambered barrels is a pain which is why I don't like using short chambered barrels.

So, got a husky you want to rechamber?
