FC Posted June 27, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 27, 2008 I've gotten a fair number of calls at suppertime till 2000. I was getting a lot of "the sky is falling" junk mails. It isn't just the NRA. I give to the Alliance Defense Fund and told them I was sick and tired of their begging for money, their corny sales pitches, and their phone calls. I told them to stop or I would stop giving. They said they would quit. Do the ADF and NRA do some good work in the courts? Yeah, but the NRA has never updated it's modus operandi, it's just the same old song and dance every single year I can remember: 1971 looks like 2008.
