lemski4, This is about all that I could find on Ammoguide.com. I'll keep looking. I know I've seen other loads from 3000-3400fps with faster powders.

Spiris

55gr Reloader-7

Charge 28.0gr Compressed

Velocity 2768

Ftlbs. 936

BBL. (in.) 22.0

COL 2.100

Load submitted by 'roadrn1'.

This load was developed using Hornady full metal jacket bullets (w/sabot).

The developer notes this charge is COMPRESSED in the case.

The velocity measurement is by chronograph.

Winchester cases and Winchester Lg Rifle primers were used in development.

55 gr sounds like an awful lot ofr a 7.62 x 39. I'm using like 27 gr of H335, I think, with a cast boolit. I don't see how I could almost double the charge and have it fit in the case. In fact, I know if I tried to double the charge, it would overfill and make a big mess. I don't see other powders being that much more dense to allow that to happen either. Just thinkin' outloud here.

Lemme know what your accuracy results are with those sabots. What kind of sabot/price per each?
