AzRednek
100% total disappointment!! It was all over the target with both the 45 Colt and ACP cylinders. The same 45ACP loads shot in my very well, in a worn and very used 1939 Brazilian Mil-Surp S&W revolver. Group size was apx 50% smaller than the Ruger. The Ruger was a Christmas gift. After I got it I wrote Ruger complaining of the tight chambers and the horrible trigger pull. Ruger has not responded to the letter. Looks like I'm going to be forced to have the cylinders reamed to the proper size, at least .452 to get a chance at reasonable accuracy. The mouth's miked as low as .448 with most in the .450 range. After apx 200 rds the trigger pull did improve dramatically but geeze what is going on with Ruger. They have to know under sized chambers lead to terrible accuracy. I've also been advised on another group to expect a tight spot in the barrel near the frame. Shame on you Ruger!!
