FC
View out our lanai (patio). We moved because my wife said so. Maggots, Army housing, not surprised. I'm not a condo kind of guy, but the place is pretty lush, well kept, and $800 cheaper than Army housing. The mover cost $1700, storage $90, plus electrical. We'll still come out ahead. The view of Kaneohe Bay is pretty incredible. There are lots of wild chickens on these islands. The first night Mr. Rooster woke me up at 0330. pacrat
Flatulent Fowl, Keeping $800 a month in yer pocket, and a great view, what's not to like? Use a quiet pellet gun to put free chicken in the pot is a bonus.
FC
Could I shoot brother chicken? I actually saw a hen down at the post office! They're all over the place. Hanauma Bay there was a rooster that robbed somebody's potato chips when they were out in the water. Pretty amazing stuff! Our hospital had to hire a trapper a couple years ago to trap all the feral pigs. They would be out running around at dusk.
