J&g Mausers

Got a look yesterday at the Crossroads of the West Gun Show. The Brazilian 7&57's are junkers. Rust and pitting above the wood line and one can only speculate on what they look like under the wood. The Yugos looked good but I don't know how much cherry picking they did for their display models. The Yugo I looked at would definitely fall into the excellent category. I didn't see and didn't ask if the had any of the Rusky refurbed K98's.

Anybody looking for a deal on a S&W revolver. The ones J&G had along looked pretty decent. The low dollar blued ones for about 220 were all gone by the time I got to their table.

Ammo and reloading components were abundant. Somewhat pricey but for the most part the price gouging was rare. Primers were going for about 30 per thousand. Didn't see anybody pushing out dolly loads of ammo like I did in the early part of last December. Best of all there wasn't any pushing or shoving getting to the big ammo dealers.
