Horsefly Posted September 18, 2010 Report Share Posted September 18, 2010 My brother bought a 1908 Brazilian from a pawn shop here in Keller for $120.00 that is almost in issue condition except for someone putting on a low scope safety that binds up and is very hard to work.All wood is in perfect shape,and not a speck of rust under the wood. It is indeed a lucky find and no doubt about the price being right. Is it a 7MM?? The Brazilian 7MM's J&G was selling were real junkers. Been a long time since you could buy one of those for that. That would have been a good deal even for just an action. What shape is the bore in? If it's a 7x57. I would be shooting it, but it would kill me to leave it original. I try to leave those to other folks who I can trust not to mess with it.
