Hi Karl, yes I just got it. Both my my computers got hit with a nasty virus. It shut down my Norton Security and the only thing I could get was a web page trying to sell me a download to fix my computer. No matter where I went on the net all I got was the same web page. Finally got it wiped out with my lap top using system restore to get my security back up and running. Once I was able to do a scan my Norton either deleted or quarantined 9 Trojans and a bunch of spy ware.

 

I had a few other messages. My apologies to all of you for not responding in a timely basis.

"Hi-jack this" is the atomic bomb of cleaners.

 

It WILL remove what ever you tell it to.

The trick is to run it, WITHOUT telling it to REMOVE anything, while your box is running OK.

It will give you a list of what is on your computer, print out that list.

Then, if you have a problem the other cleaners cannot fix, run "High jack this, compare the lists and remove anything, new that you did not install.
