Ron Paul On Bin Laden And Foreign Policy

For me, the Republican field does not contain a viable candidate, who is palatable.

Ron Paul has some good ideas, but also has some kooky ones.

Gingrich has strangely come out of the gate blasting Republican ideas, to place himself between obama and the ultra conservatives. He's a smart man, but has too many skeletons in the closet.

Romney has the ghost of romneycare haunting him, among other issues.

I keep waiting for someone who can rally this country back to the values that I hold dear, and who can create the job atmosphere necessary to overcome the damage the liberal socialists have caused.

I'm getting a bad feeling about 2012. We're almost half way through 2011 and there's no Win in the R's. Burnt out socialists like Romney, etc. is all we get. Paul doesn't really stand a chance, and as noted, while he has some good ideas, he has a lot of un-good ideas too. Huck had a chance, but he just backed out. Why? Not because he wanted to redecorate the new Florida house. Even The Donald stood a decent chance, not that I think he was a good choice. It's like 2008 all over, where "the fix is in" against us, and against the U.S.

I read a future forecast a couple years ago on a news site comments/blog thing. It (he) said 2012 had the D's winning again with the Tea Party not yet fully viable. The resulting 4 years of further U.S. destruction would so infuriate the U.S. population that the Tea Party would become a real party and would take over in 2016 and concentrate on rebuilding the U.S., letting the rest of the world fend for themselves. After the U.S. recovers, then we go and fix the rest of the world again. I think that was the gist of it. I'm having trouble finding fault with the prediction.

Mitch Daniel if he decides to run. He could be a strong runner. Maybe a strong female conservative VP?

Bottom line is if the economy still sucks in 2012 Obama loses.

Case in point.

Greorge Bush Sr. presided over one of the most lop sided military victories in modern history, had some of the highest approval ratings in history shortly afterwards and then several months later lost to Clinton due to a crappy economy. Americans do not tolerate a bad economy. Even if the the economy has nothing to do with the president for the most part.

I agree with Dr.Hess on this one.

Unless something very odd happens Mr. Obama will win.

If the GOP does come up with someone, there will be a "Bull Moose" third party to split the electorate and toss it to the Left.

People are still not angry or awake enough YET.

As for the left, there are still plenty of white liberals who feel the voting for Mr. Obama was the

proudest moment in their political life. Then we have those feeding off the fed or those hoping to dine there and to be fair, with all of our jobs in or going to China, what else can many of them do?
