AzRednek Posted December 28, 2012 Report Share Posted December 28, 2012 I ordered several parts from Bob's Gun Parts. Waited over two weeks and a few days ago. I got this email. "Im sorry due to loss of some suppliers i can no longer get the gun parts you ordered no charges were made to the card". Checking their website I discovered they don't have a phone number listed but do show a number for faxing an order. By fax and email I asked if they were unable to supply all the parts I ordered or can they partially fill the order. So far there has not been an answer. They should change their name to SARCO WEST!! AzRednek Posted December 28, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2012 It is nearly as bad as ordering parts 30 years ago from Numrich. They would not take phone orders or verify stock. One had to send their part order by mail. 4-6 weeks later the part arrived COD or a post card card saying "sorry". Refuse a COD order and the buyer was often black-balled for future orders.
