Folks asked me to start earlier than Christmas season. $200/year for the fella taking care of the website management, and about another $200 for BlueHost (web hosting service) and Invision (software). Just discovered a rental shower wall leaking and my guess there will likely be a mold problem with dollar signs behind the 1950's plaster wall. I just can't get ahead financially but I don't want to see the demise of this group. Never met any of the regulars here but consider all of you as friends.
