Yugo 24/47 Extractor Cut

Hello All,

I'm new here and to the world of sporterizing. I'll soon be buying back my 24/47, and am contemplating sporterizing it. I've been searching around the net for a while now, and one thing has me puzzled:

how do you cut the notch for the yguo extractor?

I don't have access to a lathe or cnc machine.. and I doubt highly, I could get a nice clean cut with a dreml :-P

I've read that you can use the bolt from a 1903 Turk, but I'm looking at paying $120 and up for one of those.

Anyone else do a 24/47 conversion before?

Thanks
