gitano Posted January 9, 2012 Report Share Posted January 9, 2012 One of the 'things' that bothers me about these articles, is even the THOUGHT of prosecuting someone for defending their home. I'm not joking when I say that I would be inclined to form a lynch-mob for any prosecutor that even CONSIDERED starting an "investigation" into an incident like this. If you break into my house - I don't care if all you have is a Popsicle stick on you - one of us is going to die. It is not more complicated than that.
