Breathe of fresh air, my foot!

You're spending too much time fantasizing over her photos,

She’s a re-incarnation of G-Dubya, only more stupid.

Hmmm.... at least she has not claimed to have invented the Internet. There has never been a bigger dumb ass than Al Bore.

Obama Bin Laden courting domestic terrorists.......only Demos would think he is the best thing next to sliced bread. Like Rush says...an empty suit.

I thank God everyday W was in charge during 9/11. Ms. Palin has more experience in running an entity than the dems ticket put together. Bumbling Biden was for J. MCCain before he was for BHO.

ken98k, you are probably still young and impressionable and apparently blindly liberal. It's strange that a gun lover would support an anti-second amendment ticket, at least it appears that way. I've been around a while and can see through the dems facade of lies and corruption.

Another point is the housing crisis didn't come to a head until the dems took over a couple years ago and got sweetheart loan deals for your buds Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, as heads of the housing finance board. Dodds father got caught back in the 70's too I believe, taking money for favors given. I guess the nut doesn't fall far from the tree.

Remember, it's all about oil, the more we tap our resources the better our economic situation will get. I paid $2.79 a gal. this morning for gas and it looks like it may continue down. It will help stimulate the economy, but that will go to hell if the tax and spend socialist regime gets in to power and taxes everything that moves, including your guns and ammunition. BHO is a smooth talker and tells you what you want to hear. I pity you for being so gullible.

Nope, I'm not a liberal in any sense of the word.

I have as much (or more) to lose as anyone here.

I'm a not so young 48 yr. old divorced white male.

I'm a US Army veteran.

I'm a licensed professional assistant guide in Alaska.

I'm a Life Member of the NRA.

I own just under 100 firearms.

I work (physical labor) 60 to 70 hours per week.

I probably pay more in taxes than many people in America gross.

I'm a fiscal conservative.

I think Ron Paul was by far the best presidential candidate we’ve had in years but the American public wrote him off.

I don't like Obama.

I despise Barney Frank and all his faggot buddies.

I don't like Hillary.

Who the hell is Biden?

I voted for G-Dubya and he has brought this country to its knees.

His latest proposal to buy into banking with my tax dollars is pure socialism but nobody seems to see that.

I agree that G-Dubya did the right thing sending troops to Afghanistan.

Where he really screwed up was Iraq.

I do know who Sarah Palin is; she's a phony.

She no doubt does shoot guns. Most of us do up here.

She is good looking.

But do I want to give her access to nukes?

Mostly I’m sick of the corruption and arrogance in the Republican Party.

That is what lost them control in the election 2 years ago.

Prior to that they had 12 years in which they could have done great things, but instead chose to line their own pockets.

Alaska’s beloved Ted Stevens is a prime example. He’s running for re-election even though he is presently on trial for corruption, and by most account he’ll probably win the election.

Not because he's good for America, because he bring home huge amounts of pork to Alaska via ear marks.

YOUR MONEY.

The Bridge to Nowhere has become a classic example. Although Palin got rid of that ear mark she did not decline the money. That's right we still got million of your dollars, that nobody seems to know where it went now.

EDITED:

Maybe she isn't stupid after all!

I have not really decided yet.

I would have voted for McCain with out hesitation until he picked the Bimbo from Wasilla for his running mate.

I'm thinking of writing in Ron Paul.

Why should I even care anymore? Really..

Fine- whoever does the wrong thing, then punish them, equally.

I see that Obama lusts for power so bad that he had Joe the Plumber investigated. Didn't take them much time. Anyway, he dared to say Obama was a socialist! Fine, you want commie government, let the war begin. Sometimes I think I'll end up holed up with my shotgun defending myself from the people some of you elect.

It was announced yesterday at my work that Sterling Trucks is shutting down their factory and moving to Mexico,Saltillo I think.Obomba is for raising taxes on corperate America. That was the biggest reason we were told for their move.Volvo class 8 trucks are moving to Mexico too.Paccar(Peterbilt and Kenworth)already has a factory in Mejico, and are expanding the plant.Obomba taxing the crap out of big business will put me out of work.If a rich man can't make money,a poor man damn sure can't! My Republican party sat back and let the dems take over, not lifting a hand to do anything about our border problems, and that's my biggest beef with George.Mcain hasn't mentioned a thing about border control, and he's from AZ.He wasn't my first choice at all,but by far the best choice for me now.I haven't known about Sarah long enough to get charged up over her like some of you, because I don't trust the media at all,but she dang sure is pretty. She beats the crap outta Joe Biden in my book.He said a few months back Obomba didn't have the experience to be president, and would be proud to be John Mcain's running mate. He's a 2 face lying .I didn't read that in the media,I heard him say it in an interview.

ken98k, I apologize for clumping you in with the liberals. I realize that you were only venting your frustration at the choices that are being presented and to be honest, I'm not in love with Mccain's view on many issues. But given the choice, there is no other choice but MCCain for me. BHO is a scary thought for many reasons, including what he has told us about his plans for taxes and socialized medicine, but worse yet for what he hasn't told us.

A vote of defiance for Ron Paul is admirable as he made more sense than anyone now running, but it basically gives BHO a vote in the end. You shouldn't let your frustration cloud your vision for the future of this country. Myself, being a retiree, might even benefit with a BHO election but all the other negatives that he represents are more important. My Second Amendment rights are constantly being assaulted by the liberals and BHO is the worst of the worse. He has lied, cheated and stole to be President. His selecting of Supreme Court Justices could change everything we hold dear, and the next President will probably select at least 2. With the Dems holding a majority in government, his choices are assured and the Washington gun ban would be reversed as well as others.

It's all about the big picture. Sarah Palin may not be to your liking, but there could be a lot worse choices if you give it some thought. She certainly did not become Governor of your state by being stupid. She knows you can't please all the people all the time.

FC, I got your back!

I'm very sorry to hear about the manufacturing going south and putting you out of work. You should give this story to McCain.

This morning on the net AP and CNN are fawning all over Obama, the most excellent majestic messiah. Get me a barf bag and some tissues!

At least we republicans admit when our people wander off the reservation, but the democrats? No way!

Yes Obama appears to be leading in the polls.

I do recall that his actual vote totals turned out lower in many of his battles with Hillary. The same might be true in the election. There are also a couple of potentially explosive issues simmering away, including the ACORN electoral fraud situation.

Don't give up hope quite yet ...

Sorry to here about your plant closing down. It seems as if everything is made somewhere else now.

Call McCain's head quarters and see what he has to say about it.

If all else fails, come on up here, I'll get you a job.

May we put the "...palling around with terrorists...." claim to bed?

flaco

not with that. Ibershoff, the author of that letter, is a registered Democrat who has supported Obama's campaign. he is biased. his letter did not disclose that. so he is unethical, too.

his letter also repeats Obama's misdirection, but NOBODY is accusing Obama of being a member of the weathermen or for participating in any of their acts, terrorist or otherwise. what people ARE accusing Obama of is associating with terrorist types. which he did. not only did they serve on a board together, but OBAMA LAUNCHED HIS LEGISLATIVE CAREER IN AYERS'S LIVING ROOM AT A RECEPTION HOSTED BY AYERS.

sleep with a dog, wake with fleas. you define yourself in many ways by the friends you keep. etc. etc. I do not hang around any terrorists, foreign or domestic. and I would not. and Obama cannot plead ignorance because ayers is still famous for his unrepentant association with the domestic terrorists called the weathermen/weather underground.

so obama's judgment in these matters licks balls. it blows. it is bad.

but it is not an isolated incident!

he has also said he would deal unconditionally with ahmedinejad, who is also a terrorist and supporter of terrorists (hezbollah). and he went behind the executive office's back to ask the Iraqis NOT to deal with bush, but with the congress instead. that is a diplomatic SIN and SNAFU of the highest order.

obama has displayed perfectly useless moral and diplomatic judgment, and his association with ayers is one part of the context illustrating that conclusion.

Don't you wish??

Nope. We will keep telling the truth and the light will shine and the American people will vote to maintain the Republic.

Obama is going to lose and lose big.

I predict that the Dem's WILL lose not only the White-house but lose the House and the Senate as well.

It will be a landslide and the best victory since Nixon kicked the crap out of McGovern.

My plant hasn't closed, yet.Just expanding operations into Mexico. When and if my stock goes back up to what they were worth a year ago,I'll retire and not worry about this crap anymore.Obomba reminds me of idol worship in the Bible.People worship something because it fits what they want to believe in,when it really isn't nothing but a figurine made by a man an isn't worth a cotton-pickin thing with no value or worth.Black folks will vote for him because he's black. He'll get Mexican and white trash votes because of democrat handouts.Bush had the highest approval rating of any president after the Trade buildings were knocked down(I STILL REMEMBER THAT MORNING),but now Americans hate him because he had the balls to take the fight to the ragheads.Even the majority of the Democrats backed him on it until Americans got tired of war and wanted to go to something else.We haven't been attacked since.WHY? Now it's said Iraq had nothing to do with 911.That's not what Clintons intellegence reported.Remember him bombing the so-called asprin and baby food factory.I haven't forgotten. My life syle has never been better until the last few months, and now,the Clinton's have knocked me to my knees with their "everyone can have the house of their dreams".I read, study, and don't forget. We know what George Bush's faults and weeknesses are,but we know zero about Obomba except his preachers say's GD America,he idolizes a so-called reformed terrorist bomber,a leader of his campaign made 90 million in 6 years when in control of Fannie Mae,has a brother living in a grass hut in Kenya, thinks there are 57 states, and is for change.Elect him,and you'll get change.

I've been watching with interest the trial of another Alaskan, Senator Ted Stevens.

Most of us know he's on trial for accepting gifts, and has take the unusual strategy of testifying in his own defense.

Now... unlike Senator McCain, I have no problem with earmarks. For as long as I can remember Members of Congress have been judged by their ability to bring Federal perks back to those who elected them.

I see nothing wrong with this.

To me, Senator McCain has made a weak attempt to separate himself from the rest by attacking this process. A couple of thoughts come to mind: Earmarks make up a miniscule percentage of the Federal Budget, so McCain's stance is really much ado about nothing. It's tokenism. Secondly, I don't at all begrudge states that really need help, like those in the "Rust Belt," that have suffered from the demise of manufacturing, getting a good share of our tax money.

So... if Senator Stevens has brought home the bacon to Alaska, all the better.

Because Alaska has not always been the very wealthy oil state it is now.

Also, I'm skeptical of his accuser.

Another convicted felon, trying to make a deal with the prosecutors.

As it turns out, Senator Stevens is a more than able witness on his own behalf.

He's a graduate of Harvard Law School.

Where have I heard that before?

Not to mention Stevens is 84.

And sharp as a tack.

May I suggest much sharper than the sometimes muddled Senator from Arizona?

Anyway, Alaskans, I imagine, are not at all surprised that their Senator is giving advice to the Prosecutor.

Who has already been warned about Prosecutorial misconduct.

Personally, I believe Senator Stevens to be a basically honest politician--if that is possible--and hope he prevails.

Let see, I was setting behind her in the 5th grade and she made me mad. I forgot why I was mad, but i took my sissor and cut off one of her pigs tail. The odd thing was she save my six from getting into trouble. But after almost 13 years of marriage now I know why. The joke is on me. LOL

flaco, your kind words for Sen. Stevens are well spoken.

Although he is the porkbarrel king, he has also served his country and state long and well. He has also been one of the gunowners best friends over the years, never backing down from the gun control zealots. This is going to be a bad time to lose him.

I certainly hope justice is prevails in Alaska on this one. If he's guilty, well then, off with him, but if he is innocent I certainly hope it comes out.

Yep, Karl, when you have to pick between grim and grimmer, you settle for grim. At least Sarah is a breath of fresh air. Although you gotta admit, watching Joe B in action certainly can give you the chuckles (just what I want, chuckles for government).
