You can't directly post something from there or those of use without f-book can't see it. Best way to post pics: Have the pic on your hard drive, start a "reply" by clicking in the reply box, in windows explorer, click and drag the pic to the reply box. I think this forum only takes basic stuff, like jpg, gif, probably bmp. Not the super new formats like avif. Edit: Yeah, F'book. What you have to do is right click on the image on F'book, save as, give it a name and pay attention where it goes, like your downloads folder or whatever, then when you post a pic, you grab the pic you just saved and drag it over to the reply box.
