tomme boy
I talked to Richards Microfit today. They will be offering their stocks for the M48 in a #3 contour. It looks like I might be getting one their first ones in a #3. Now, I just have to wait for them to make one. They are doing the program for the CNC right now. Hopefully they make a real nice one. tomme boy
Well, I got the stock last week. Been sanding on it and sealing it up. It looks really good so far. The barrel channel is going to need a little work. The profile is almost perfect for the A/B #3. It is just a little shallow. But I would rather have it a little on the tight side so I can get it to fit right. Seems the action and and mag well are a little tight also. But, like I said, I would rather have it this way instead of big gaps. I ordered the A Fancy Montecarlo. It has some very nice grain to it. I don't know how to explain the type of grain but when you move the stock around the grain shifts like a hologram. I really like it. I'll try to get some pics soon. Rustybore
Do you have any idea if they will be offering a stock in the classic style, laminate? Kevin in Or.

jasonthehunted
and check the close out bargain list too, chances are they got something already done that you d like, and you wont have to wait 2 months or so to have it made. Ive gotten my last 3 that way, and there aint nothing wrong with em as far as Ive seen so far.
